Floral Order Delivery Times

Normal delivery times:   (non-holiday weeks)

Monday-Friday    8am-5:30pm

Saturday                9am-3pm

All orders may be delivered anytime during these hours unless otherwise specified on the order. If the recipient leaves work early or a visitation starts at a certain time, it is up to the customer to let us know that information when the order is placed. Otherwise, it may arrive anytime between those hours.

Local (Des Moines area) orders must be received by 2pm for same day delivery.

Orders received after 2pm may still be delivered locally by 5pm but an express fee of $12.95 will be charged.

Orders received after 2pm without the express fee will be scheduled for delivery the following day.

Orders we wire out to other cities or states will have their own delivery times and rates. We will be happy to monitor that for you and answer any questions you may have regarding your wire out orders.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
